We don't know what this is or who did it we just know its real old we would like to find out as much as possible and if its worth anything thank you

looks interesting. Chinese, seems to be on silk rather than paper. it may indeed be worth something but your pictures are far too bad to say anything at all other than to request clear and well-lit photos, particularly of the incscription.

Here are some better pictures of it mainly the inscription hard to get it its in a good glass framein the light reflects off a very well I won't take it apart too nervous about damaging it but thank you for your time please get back to me soon as you can

you don't need to take it apart, you need to take good quality photos. the inscription claims a Qianlong era date but the calligraphy looks pretty crude to me, so I am not confident this is an old picture, much less from the Qianlong reign.
