It is nice to find this forum and actually before i post my articles, i went through quite some of the posts.
Recently i inherited a small series of a collection of asian ceramics and i would appreciate if you could help me to identify them.
This one, i remember i was told by the owner that was given to her by a an antique dealer (close friend of hers) and he told not to ever dare to sell it. I was wondering if this "warning" was due to a sentimental or monetary value this "pot" has.
Does anyone of you have any idea what is it, from what period of time and if it is of any value? Unfortunately i could not get bottom image.
(approx. size : length 50cm , height 30cm)
