Your on-line photos have a fuzz-factor sufficient to cause distress to the human eye, so I'll leave it up to you. Below in order, for pasting into your browser window, are links to Christie's auction results for examples of bowls in this pattern, beginning with (1) a Daoguang mark & period example; (2) another with an apocryphal Guangxu mark; and (3) an example that is Guangxu mark & period. In my humble opinion, the one with apocryphal Guangxu mark may look more like your example.

Thank you for the thoughtfulness of your reply.

After you pointed me in the right direction, I see there is also a similar bowl on the Carter's Price Guide to Antiques website, under "Chinese Fencai Enamel Phoenix bowl". It does state it has an iron red mark, but no picture of the mark. The bowls seem to have four phoenix, pink, yellow, green, and blue. This one has two pink, a cream/yellow, and a blue phoenix. Seems to be a popular pattern.
