I would appreciate any information about when this print was done and by whom. Thanks.

The artist is Utagawa Kunisada II (1823-80) (aka Kunimasa III, aka Toyokuni IV) signing as Kunisada II. The print is dated the 10th lunar month of a snake year or 1857. It is Chapter 27, Kagaribi, from the Series Lady Murasaki's Genji Cards (Murasaki Shikibu Genji Kurata).
