Subject:Soapstone Seal

any help on the characters on this seal would be great...
The seal is about 3 inches tall..
i think it is soapstone, but i could be wrong..

"Ji Ao", which pronounced quickly are the closest thing in Chinese to resemble "Gil", the name at the bottom of the seal.
