Subject:Help identifying the export seal on this wood Chinese Horseshoe chair.

Hi everyone-I have this chair, which another forum assisted me as identifying as a "Chinese Horseshoe Chair". I'm interested in learning more about this chair and possibly selling it at some point. Does anyone know what the approximate age is, and what type of wood it could be? There is also what appears to be a silver export seal on the bottom, as pictured. Also, I know that this site isn't supposed to give out appraisals, but if anyone would be willing to offer a ball-park guess-timation as to the value, I'd would great appreciate it! Happy to have found this wonderful forum resource :). Thank you!

Looks like a late 20th century Chinese customs seal, similar to this one on a carved wood Guanyin image.
