Subject:Chinese Vase with Calligraphy and Bird Translation

I showed this to my friend who speaks Chinese and she couldn't figure it out. Hoping someone here can. These might be poems? Each one has a different seal mark. I am guessing the piece is newer, but curious about the text.

Looks like the last part of a poem by Tang poet Wang Wei, the full poem is here:

The vase is dated 1998 and inscribed by someone named Qiu Quan.
