Hello all, just wanted to try and get some clarification on what the symbols on this silver ingot mean, and maybe a date if possible. I placed the images on imgur, that way I could upload higher quality photos. Also wondering how scarce these would be. I picked this one up from a street vender when I was in Laos, and all I've been able to find out on my own is that these were used for transactions between banks and merchants and such, and generally weren't circulated. Any clarity on the matter would be really appreciated, thank you for your time!
