Subject:Help with Asian landscape on paper

Hello, I am trying to get some information about this painting. It is ink on paper, with white paint for the sails of the fishing boats. Is it Japanese or Chinese, does anyone recognize the signature, how old might it be, etc... I buy a fair number of random items locally and at auction, but really would like some help with those that originated in Asia.
