Subject:Japanese Hanging Scroll

Hi!

I was wondering if someone can help me with the seal on this Japanese Hanging scroll?

The painting is not signed with Kanji. there is just the red seal.

I think the characters may be -

用 暗

Translating to -

Yō kura

But I am not very confident in my ability to translate seal script, so if someone can offer their opinion, it would be much appreciated!

安睛
is more likely, possibly pronounced "Ansei"
