Any help deciphering symbols would be greatly appreciated this is one of 4 posts.

The artist is Kunisada/Toyokuni III as I said in another post. It dates from the second lunar month of 1855.

Wow, that's so neat!!! How do you know all that?? So great to get some knowledge about the sad looking man in my picture--do you know why he might have been so woeful?

Hi Stan... Thanks for that information!! Do you know if these prints have any substantial monetary value? If so, I suppose I should insure it--if not, I suppose I should simply enjoy it!! Thanks again--I'm very grateful for your help!!

I can pick up faded framed Kunisada prints at a local auction for $25 - $50. You can also look at eBay to get an idea of prices.
