Subject:Recently acquired triptych

I just acquired this triptych from a dealer who had no information about it. Could someone please help me with the artist, the title, and the approximate date of publication.

Kunisada (aka Toyokuni III) signing as Toyokuni. If you want a date, you have to show a close up of the signature area (lower left on last pic). Looks pretty stained.

If you are willing to show close ups of the title (top right of the bottom pic), someone may be able to provide a translation.

That helps. The date is the 5th lunar month of a rat year (1852).
