Subject:Question re Fan Painting Signature/Calligraphy

My friend wanted me to upload this for her to see if anyone recognized the artist. She got it from her parents and they don't know either. I have made the pictures of the signatures as large as I can with my camera, hopefully someone will recognize. Thanks!

inscription reads "summer 1998, done by/at the Plum Blossom Shop" The first seal repeats the shop name, but I can't quite make out the second, which might include an artist name or surname. The large seal in the bottom right seems related to the factory/producer/printer but without more contrast in the photo it's too difficult to make out most of the characters.
