Hi thanks for the reply. Is that one who is disabled and paints with his mouth and feet or another with the same name

I don't know that artist but looking him up online I found a video clip of him painting a village landscape in a style that seems rather different from your tiger. However, at 1:42 in the clip (see following link), you can see an inscription in which he has signed his name on some picture in first three characters of the left column, and that signature is both the same characters as your Huang Guofu and shows some stylistic similarities as well, so it seems possible that yours is indeed by the armless Huang, perhaps earlier in his career. But to confirm it you should look for additional examples of his work that are similar in subject matter, color, and brush style to yours.

Hi thanks for the further info. ive found a picture of him painting a series of pictures(fourth one down) and on the table are 2 tiger ones, plz see link below
