I was trying to refrain from commenting on your 4 kg "jade" because unfortunately the pictures you posted are simply not good enough to give any honest comments. You really need to take better pictures, under natural or artificial sunlight, from different angles, including the head of the bull to give us better views of it.

What is the real color of it? Your first picture shows that it was a mix of celadon and yellow. Yet your bottom picture shows it to be white and light blue.

Also, give us as much history of it as possible (where, when and how it was acquired). Is there an original wooden stand for it?

Did you perform a scratch test on it at its base to see if it can be scratched by a metal (pocket knife or needle? (real jade cannot be scratched by metal.)

This appears to be a piece with some ages, however, if it truly weighs about 4 kg, then it would require almost 6-8 kg of raw material to "carve" it, that would be a difficult task to find such large nephrite or jadeite jade block in the past 50 years. From my past experience, most large "jade" piece were made of softer stone such as serpentine. I really cannot say for sure what its material is based on your three posted pictures because they displayed different color and texture of the material. Without being able to personally handling or testing it, I am very hesitated to make a guess. In short, better picture would be needed or you can consult a real local jade expert.

Definitively not nephrite or jadeite (jade). Value $100-150
