Subject:Dragon painting framed

This seems to be a vintage dragon painting on paper, anybody know or can tell me what it reads and also the reading in red character.Please be honest..

not sure of the inscription but the seal gives you most of the pertinent information: the body of the dragon was executed with a single brushstroke (you can find youtube videos showing this), by an artist signing himself Yu Feng Shuang (paired jade and wind). This is done for the tourist market.
