Subject:Original paintings on scrolls - Need help identifying

Hello, I recently found these two paintings in my parent's attic and need help identifying them. I know they were gifts from a political figure in China, but I do not know how to read Chinese, and am not familiar with Chinese art. Can someone please help me identify the artist, and the names of these paintings?

Both by someone named Huang Yang (no other picture of his/hers come up on Google though, so a minor artist), both are dated 1991, the calligraphy with deliberate awkardness so I'm not entirely sure of the titles, the second one though relates (unsurprisingly) to snow.
