Subject:Red Seals on small flower painting idendification please.

Firstly Thank you for huge help so far, each time I look into any information im given I learn lots more.
I have this small painting or hand painted print, I have no idea of it origins or the identity of the two seals, any help is most appreciated. Many Thanks

The stamp says " Gongwei ".
