You're in luck. Well-informed Japanese contributor Emiko came through last autumn with the transliteration and other information on the mark on your dish (再春亭新屋好), which reads "Saishuntei Atarashiya-konomi(gonomi). Please refer to the live link for the earlier information.

Here's another link to paste in your browser for a Japanese listing featuring what looks like an soap dish from Arita with this same mark and a price of 25,000 yen (USD 206.71). After you open the page scroll down to the 30th item.
