Subject:painted landscape porcelain Japanese vase

Can anyone tell me who made this.. and approximate date? I was told it is Japanese.. It is 6.5" tall. Very pretty..Is it Kutani? I have search the web for like vase to compare markings but no luck.

Additional picture of the vase in question.. I am unable to find any signature that match this one on the bottom. Then again I can hardly tell which is right side up or down.
