Got these 2 paintings at an estate sale. Wondering who the artists are and what the inscriptions say. All help is appreciated.

These are fairly recent reproductions from the Hoeido edition of Ando Hiroshige's famous series "Fifty-Three Stations of the Tokaido". The first print is the Second station: Shinagawa. The second print is the 1st station: Nihonbashi. See link below for originals. Click on the pictures for larger versions.
