Subject:Help with an artist (Raymond Kwok?)

I was gave this watercolour a few weeks ago and have been trying to find out some information about the artist (it has Raymond Kwok written above the lettering). The person who gave it to the person who gave it to me said it was by a well known artist but I can not find anything about him at all! I was wondering if anybody could shine any light on him? Thanks.
