Subject:Help With Chinese Oil Painting

So I found this the other day. No signature (in english anyway) There is some Chinese Writing on the back as well as a Hong Kong Address, and also "star ferry" any help with this would be much appreciated.

The phone number suggests that the painting is some decades old, but the Chinese doesn't include an artist's name or date.

Could someone possible tell me what the Chinese does say? Might help me in my research. Does anyone think that this could be a Wai Ming Painting? It is very much in his style?

I'm afraid the Chinese is pretty irrelevant, it actually reads "I'll send this over to the hotel" 我送你酒店

what do the characters to the right of that say? And in anyone elses opinion do they think this may be a Wai Ming? I have done a bit of research and have looked at a ton of Hong Kong artist....there are a lot that paint local people but few that have that look of Wai Mings...This one seems to have that look to me...I know I am just being hopeful most likely, I am just seeking a second opinion without having to mail a 300$ Check to Wai Ming himself and waiting 6 months knowing it most likely isn't his....

I'm not certain what those two say but I can definitely say they aren't "Wai Ming".
