Subject:Meiping vase (?) - looking for more information

Hello - this blue and white vase has been in the family for a hundred years. I am trying to find out more about it - age, where it was made, etc. If there are any tips and/or directions for further research I would be most grateful. Thank you!

This vase appears to adhere fairly closely to the Kangxi model shown at the link. However, its glaze strikes me as tending toward the whiter tone of the Republic Period and later, in my opinion.

Just to clarify in case it is needed, the vase shown in your downloaded image and in your links are the same, but the vase shown in my link is a different vase, one of the Kangxi period in the teadust.com collection. Its plantain leaf diaper is shown tips-down, and the shoulder treatment is slightly different as well.
