Hello, re posting this Chinese piece up hoping someone can name the artist please.

Looks like the red seal and adjacent stack of black characters both read 藍天 (Lan Tian), perhaps a surname and given name, but also a literal meaning of 'Blue Sky'. I believe the inscription also has a cyclical date of Summer, Xin Chou (辛丑) that appears to refer to 1961.

painted in 1961 by someone calling themselves only "blue skies" 蓝天
