Does anyone recognise this hallmark?

The mark, shown almost 90 degrees to the left of normal reading position, says "Made in China" (Zhongguo Zhizao - 中國製造) in seal script. Probably early third quarter, 20th century.

I think it reads; Zhongguo Zhi Zao - "China Made". Probably 1950s.
