Subject:Help Deciphering Seal or Signature

Can anyone tell me who the artist is in the attached photo have look on line and can not find any seals that look like this one.

The sgnature says Lei-Sheng (磊生), Huang Lei-Sheng (1928-2011 )黄磊生 .

oops, Botan gave you the correct reading, Leisheng is his given name, not Shisheng. I answer these things too fast. No idea whether you have a genuine work though.
