Finally got the pics to load - please help to identify this vase and writing -thank you so much

One side of the vase is Mongolia writing, another side is a drawing of a Mongolia lady. I think not many people understand Mongolia writing.

It is not Mongolian, it is Japanese.

The lady is not Mongolian, she is Japanese, possibly in the style of the Genji Monogatari 源氏物語 of the Heian period.

Mike I really appreciate you answering me - Can you tell what iti says ? do you believe it is a recent ( 20th century ) design of the oder style Genji Monogatari 源氏物語 of the Heian period.- Is it posssible it is of that period? Thanks so much
