Subject:Identify Japanese More Artwork

Please help me identify more of the Japanese art that I purchase at a Shrine sale. Any information would help, such as artist name, title, subject matter, etc. Thanks!

Not enough identifying information. the seal on the first is the same as the character 雅，, but is a different script type. the seal on the two watercolors is the character 坪. by themselves this information tells us virtually nothing about what are most likely very minor artists unless someone who knows contemporary prints well happens to recognize them. (the pencil in the lower right corner of the third photo seems simply to read "lotus flowers"）
