I've been looking online to identify this cup and stand for days, but I'm terrible at distinguishing one mark from another. The only one I could find that even looked close is: Tongzhi (1862-1874) red seal reign mark of the Qing Dynasty? I think it's just beautiful though and want to buy it from my friend if I can afford it.... Can you help me out with some information on it??

The overglaze iron-red stamp (shown upside down) reads down and across from the top right as "Made during the Great Qing Dynasty Tongzhi Reign" (1862-1874). I believe there was some overlap in the use of this reign mark into the ensuing Guangxu period (1875-1908), when the Tongzhi Emperor's mother, Dowager Empress Cixi, held sway at the palace. However, the pattern and form of the porcelain looks to be consistent with what was popular during the late 19th century. I've seen these ribbed covered bowl and stand sets in a different pattern bearing stamps of the Tongzhi and Guangxu reigns, as well as the mark of "Guan Yao Nei Zao" (Made in the Official Kiln).
