The Japanese kanji marks read downward as “Satsuma”. One piece shown also has a Satsuma crest consisting of a circled cross. Your “Dragonware” tea set would appear to be from Japan’s late Meiji Period. Its probable worth is US$ 400 -600, depending on condition. eBay is usually the most direct route to Japanese buyers.
