If you show at least one in-focus photo of profile of whole vase (straight-on) and one or two in-focus straight-on images of the little roundels, there would be some information to base an opinion on.

A reign mark is the least informative feature of any porcelain piece since they are being added to currently-made decorative items.

At first glance the condition and quality of the piece looks quite new. Perhaps a blank from Jingdezhen, painted elsewhere.

Doesn't look right to me. Black enamel outlines too sloppy. Other enamel colors too crude/harsh.
