Hello

I just discovered ginabri cloisonné, as I bought a vase in London.

I am not quite sure I understand the technique : there is a silver foil for the background ; but are there silver wires to make the cloisonné or are the "partitions" also embossed?
Couldn't find anything satisfactory on google.

Also, I researched the mark and think it might be Ota Toshiro.
Can you please confirm?
And the date?
