Thank you. I can't find anything about him doing some brief searching. Anyone know if this is a known artist or just someone who might have made something in art class??

In case the characters from the red stamp would be handy, they're 髙潔瑜印 - Gao Jie Yu Yin - Seal of Gao Jieyu. The surname "Gao" has two forms, the variant in the seal and the standard form of 高.
