Subject:Large Japanese Watercolor ID Help

Hi, I am looking for identification assistance on a Japanese (I think) cherry blossom motif watercolor I recently acquired. It is very large (frame dimensions 57" x 31" , image is 53" x 27"). The white mat is linen with a flower pattern.
Any assistance with the ID of the signatures (I think there are 4?), age, and a translation of what is written across the top would be appreciated. I've put three images in the original post and will reply with three closeups of the signatures. Please feel free to ask questions and thanks for looking.

A couple items. My first post had an error in the email address. The correct address is [email protected], NOT [email protected]. Also I've been using the incorrect terminology. What I was referring to as "signatures" are actually "seals". Lastly what I'd called "linen" mat is actually "silk". In any event I am still looking for help / comments. Thanks.

cant tell exactly who the artist is, Chen someone. judging by the style and colors, it's decorative value primarily.
