Your Chinese dragon motif rice grain ware with iron red and gilt embellishments has a mark of "Wan Yu" (玩玉 - Jade Trinket). The underglaze blue and perhaps other parts of the pattern, including mark, appear to be transfer-applied. Gotheborg.com shows a similarly marked rice grain dish that they date to 1925-1945 or later. Transfer decoration was not used on a commercial scale in China until the early 20th century, which lends support to such a dating.

Best regards,

Bill H.

For comparison of quality, here's a link to an earlier forum thread and other photos of rice grain porcelains of the Guangxu period.

Best regards,

Bill H.
