Subject:Lacquer box identification, please !

Hello everyone

We found this box whilst clearing out an aunt's house.
I've run an OCR on the characters in the mark - they come out as 周静袁.
Google Translate says this is "Zhou Jing Yuan".
I've searched the web but can't find anything.

I've also searched for the patent number, but no luck.

It's probably just a tourist piece, but I like it !
Any input would be welcomed.
