Subject:White Jade Buckle???

I found this pouch at an estate sale and was wondering if it is actually white jade. Any information on the item will be greatly appreciated.

From what I can see, this is a nice belt buckle,and could be Qing dynasty or older. With a hands on examination it would be easier to tell, as your pictures are not sharp enough to see the fine details. If you live in BC Canada, it would be best if you could show it to me. I f you live in another area, someone else might be helpful there.
