Subject:Identifying Art Seals

I found this interesting water color today and am hoping someone can help identify the artists marks. I've attached a photo of the whole painting, and the two marks and characters. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

Would appear to have been painted in 1997 by an artist named An BaiLi 安百里 (from signature and seal.

Agree, painted in California I think, likely a scene of sunset at the Grand Canyon
