Hi my mother has a piece of art with this signature on it and i was wondering if you could please help me translate the authors name.

what it says is "post photos of the work that you want to identify, because the people who can answer your questions don't want to waste their time giving out freebies for flippers without the benefit of potentially seeing something interesting themselves."

That was a great one, rat. I no longer attempt to translate anything without a complete picture of the whole subject. To do so is a total waste of time.
