Subject:Ginger Jar
Posted By: Lesley Sun, Jun 12, 2016 IP: 89.240.17.190 I have no idea of the background of this beautiful jar, I am assuming it is a ginger jar... still got tea inside, so excuse the photo! No stamp or identification mark on the base. Any opinions appreciated. |

Here are photos of a blue and white one I posted for comment (none received) before finally finding other examples online. The Japanese term for them is 'mizusashi'. Here's another: |
