Subject:Help translating inscription on Chinese or Japanese porcelain

Hello, would be grateful for any help translating this inscription on an old Chinese (or Japanese?) porcelain chopstick holder.

Sorry--tried to post 3 different views and got 3 of the same instead. The back of the piece appears to be copper, with a deep patina and a hanging hole. No drainage holes in the bottom but I've seen some chopstick holders that also lack these. Thanks for any help or thoughts!
