Subject:Blue and white jar

I need help to identify this small jar 14 cm high.
It is blue and white underglaze, with two strapping of brass.
Some signs of age: brass burnishing, small stains of rust outside and inside.
Any idea is welcome, thank you.

This appears from the metal cladding and painting style to be a late 20th century product of Thailand, where some of the cottage kilns were using Chinese porcelain blanks at the time.
