Subject:scroll painting of owl by S Bao

I purchased this scroll in 1996 at a "Friendship Store" in Beijing. The name of the artist supplied was A Bao, and I was given this ideogram spelling of his name. The title is "Angel of the Night", an image of an owl on a tree branch. Has anyone any info on this artist or recognize this style. I believe he was deceased at the time of my purchase and I recall one other example of his stylized animals,a shrimp or lobster. I believe he specialized in animal forms. try posting clearer images of the inscription/seals as there is additional information there.
