Hi thanks for the reply I have tried to show clearer image of the text which I have done in 2 half's top and bottom I hope this helps Thanks again

aha, thank you. this must be a printed reproduction of a painting by the Chinese 20th century painter Qi Baishi, as the inscription and signature are his handwriting but the tonality and definition of the vines and leaves in your photos are pretty muddy, which suggests that the picture is a reproduction of one of his paintings. Qi is quite well-known and popular, there will be quite a bit of information about him and his works online.
