Subject:Chinese Export Silver Bracelet Mark

Can anyone help me establish the translation of the mark on this silver bangle bracelet? The bracelet has 2 dragons meeting at a pearl. Thanks for the help.

The mark is "Wen Yin" (纹银), meaning "Pure Silver". But remember those Gershwin lyrics: "It ain't necessarily so!"
