Subject:Check Artist Name and Value

This is a high quality watercolour. I believe the artist name is Chou, Yaun Tze, but I am not sure this is correct, as I cannot find out any information about him. Knowing its value and what all the writing said would be greatly appreciated.

周元泽，1950年生，四川成都人。喜作写意花鸟画，尤擅画猴，近年来尤喜画猴，形成了自己独特的艺术情趣。作品多次参加国内外美展，并获奖。省市美协曾为之举办个人画展。93年应邀赴日本举办个人展览，96年赴马来西亚举办联展，作品被中国国家博物馆收藏，被深圳美术馆、关山月纪念馆、深圳画院收藏，被中国人民解放军军事科学院收藏。现为省美协会员、市美协理事、省警察画院画师、省民进画院副秘书长。出版有《周元泽作品》、《周元泽画选》、《周元泽中国画技法讲解》。入选全国多种大型画集。(http://www.bjhkart.com/showxyzp104.html)
