Subject:Ming or Ching inlaid furniture
Posted By: Susan Wed, Sep 07, 2016 IP: 184.60.244.51 I lived in Taiwan during the late 1970's and while I was there I purchased several pieces of furniture with beautiful light wood inlay and they depicted a battle of some sort. The pieces are a set of 2 southern official hat chairs with a tea table that has a hidden drawer and also another table that was decorated with the inlay on four sides so it was probably set in the center of a large room. |
