Subject:Valuation

I have a dining table set that has been in my family for over 25 years, a relative told me it had a high value to it because it is made from a rare wood of some kind.

I believe she said it was made from "suan zhi" and i just wanted to get a second opinion on how much approx value it is worth.

An appraisal is most reliably done by a furniture dealer who can examine wood, construction and condition in person.

Otherwise, you can check internet auction sites for used furniture with some effects of use.
