I served in the USN from 68-74. Somewhere along the line I picked this picture up. I really like it but no one I have come across who knows any Asian language can ID what the language or country might be. Any help would be fantastic.

looks pretty flashy and polished for the Vietnam era, my guess is Japan, but Taiwan or HK are not entirely impossible either. the text describes the scene: a confrontation between dragon and eagle. no idea who the artist is supposed to be though.
